Mansfield Training

These sessions are for everyone but we encourage any locals to join Mansfield Athletics. For just $20 a year you will be fully insured, enjoy the many benefits of the club and be contributing back to the running community.

Monday - 3:45-4:45pm at the Soccer Pitch. This is a structured speed session for all ages and abilities.

Tuesday - 9-10am at Lords Oval (if too wet during winter this changes to the Rail Trail). This is a structured speed session for all ages and abilities.

Wednesday- 3:45- 4:45pm at the Rail Trail. This is a structured speed session for all ages and abilities.

Thursday - 9-10am from start of Rail Trail. This is a social run for anyone happy to meet for an easy/tempo run out and back.

Saturday- 8am Mansfield Botanic Park Run, join in if you can!

Sunday- 8am from start of Rail Trail, run as long as you want out and back on the rail trail. Sometimes we will advertise a trail run elsewhere.

Melbourne Training

Liam is a full time coach with a well established run group ‘Vigor Running’ in Melbourne. There is regular training sessions anyone is welcome to attend as well as extra coaching help. Visit the Vigor website for more information.

So if you’re visiting Mansfield or Melbourne please join us for a training session. No matter where you are based we encourage you to get involved in your local run group, running with others will help you improve faster and it’s much more enjoyable!

 

Mansfield is blessed with many amazing trails to run, we run the trails some Sundays and also happy to direct you to the best ones if you’re just visiting.
